You can choose to receive your favourite Vellaiz products on a recurring basis (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days). The selected interval and products will automatically renew until you cancel or modify your subscription.

 

3. Billing and Payments

  • Your credit/debit card or selected payment method will be charged automatically on the renewal date.

  • You will receive a confirmation email before each renewal, outlining the details of your upcoming shipment.

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable GST.

  • If your payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification to update your billing information. Orders will not be processed until payment is successful.

 

4. Discounts and Promotions

If you cancel and resubscribe later, the current pricing and terms at that time will apply.
