We currently ship within Australia only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check our website periodically for any future updates on international delivery.

 

2. Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are as follows:

  • Free Shipping – Orders over $45 AUD

  • Flat Rate $10 AUD – Orders above $15 AUD

  • Flat Rate $12 AUD – Orders below $15 AUD

All shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

 

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier service. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak seasons, or courier delays beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to track your parcel in real time.

 

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

While we take every precaution to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays or lost packages once the order has been handed over to the courier.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
